15x30, acrylic on canvas.
pic is kinda crappy, misses out on some of the colors ...
really enjoyed this painting, even though it had been sitting 1/4 finished in my studio for a month or two. I wasn't sure if i would enjoy finishing it, but i went ahead and gave it a shot.
Really pleased with the results ... finer lines and more detail than i usually employ, so that's a welcome change ... new pallet for me ... used a dry brush blending method for the water, which i never use ... but, anyway, please to enjoy. Comments welcome.

I've noticed lately how much pleasure i'm getting out of things that i never showed much interest or respect for in my past. Two of the more obvious things are arranging flowers and cooking. Here are some flowers.

Trick or Treat for Xmas
The Right Brain vs Left Brain test … do you see the dancer turning clockwise or anti-clockwise?
If clockwise, then you use more of the right side of the brain and vice versa.
Most of us would see the dancer turning anti-clockwise though you can try to focus and change the direction; see if you can do it.

a mega-man sized post
came across an old sketch book. major, major water damage. as a result, much of the paper has been ruined. after much thought, i have decided to remove every respectable drawing from the book and scan them in order to get some level of preservation. and now, i share some with you.
